Please remember that by using our web-site and our services you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

This web site belongs to the owner of the Loura Villa that presented here, so any problem or question must be done directly to the contact info referred in this web-site.

After you send us a request(online or offline) we will contact you back ASAP for total price & availability. For availability click:

Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have received your confirmation, your Payment(30%) and we have sent you our Reservation Confirmation.

After a booking deal and 30% cost paid [the full amount must be paid till arrival day by wire or cash] you will receive via email a map&directions for reaching the villa you have booked (and how to get the keys from the owner).

There is a minimum of "5 days rental period" for a villa rental to be dealed.

Up on request Baby Cots and Extra Beds may supplied.

Air Conditioning:

The cost of any air-conditioning is NOT included in the villa price. The 2 A/Cs in living room & kitchen cost €5.00/day/unit the other bedrooms' units are free). The units must only be used while you are in the property, with all windows and doors kept closed. Under no circumstances must the units be left on continuously while the property is unoccupied.

Villa Check-in / Check-out times:

Access to villas will be after 4pm on your day of arrival to allow time for cleaning and servicing, and must be vacated by 12am on the day of your departure.

Cancellations:

A pre-payment 30% of total price is required to activate RESERVATION. The full amount must be paid till arrival day by wire or cash. For every payment is sent out a receipt. However, a general “cancellation table” is given below.

Security deposit:

A security deposit €150.00 must be paid in cash directly to us (villa owner) when arriving at the property. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, when inspection of the property take place, less any additional expenses such as breakages or damage.
